PRIVACY POLICY
of Mastres&Robots 2024 mobile application (hereinafter: the Application)
I. General provisions
The following provisions determine the privacy policy (hereinafter: „Privacy Policy”) which defines information concerning collecting personal data including users’ personal data of the service(s) provided by Mobile Madness Sp. z o.o., place of business and mailing address: Powstańców Listopadowych 11b /1, 35-606 Rzeszów (hereinafter: Mobile Madness) and the way of its processing by Mobile Madness and Digital University Sp. z o.o. (00-071 Warsaw), Krakowskie Przedmieście 13 Street (hereinafter: Event organizer/Organizer)
II. Personal data
Mobile Madness makes every effort that the Application should ease every user to view information concerning the event, communicate with other users and the event organizer, contact the developer of the Application, i.e. Mobile Madness, interaction.
That is why for the security and comfort of using the Application we inform that by using the Application you agree to save logs and other voluntarily provided personal data by the Application. The data you will be asked for in the registration form, login form and profile edition are essential for the proper operation of the Application within the functionality connected with the user’s account. Data submission is voluntary. However, failure to give the required data will block the functionality that requires these data. Creation of the account in the Application belonging to Mobile Madness under the service of MConference gives the possibility to use the same account in all Applications belonging to Mobile Madness under the service of MConference.
III. Types and purpose of data collection
Public Personal Data
Personal data submitted in Applications belonging to Mobile Madness under the service of MConference, in the view of profile edition, are available for all using the Application being logged on to their account. Mobile Madness may not possibly protect you from private individuals or companies using such data to transfer undefined information to you. Therefore, these data are not subject to „Privacy Policy”.
Collecting data
The collected data, in logs, are used only for the purposes of improving operation of the Application as well as statistics. We never ask for identification of users of the Application.
The statistics concerning the use of the Application are used only for the purposes of improving operation of the Application.
For collecting the statistics and information about errors in the Application we use the following libraries made available by:
Google, Inc - 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA - to collect error information for the Application with Android and iOS devices
Mobile Madness Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Twardowskiego 3 lok. 35, Rzeszów, 35-302 - to collect error information for the Application with Android and iOS devices
Mobile Madness Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Twardowskiego 3 lok. 35, Rzeszów, 35-302 - to collect statistics for the Application with Android and iOS devices
Depending on the mobile platform, the Application can access the following permissions on the device:
- a photo gallery to download a photo to the Wall or Photorelation module,
- camera to download the photo to Wall, Photorelation, Chat, QR code scanner.
Using data
The collected logs are being stored for an indefinite period of time, as support material, used only for the purposes of improving operation of the Application. Information included in logs are not revealed to anyone besides people authorized to administrate the Application. On the basis of log files, it is possible to generate statistics that can be helpful in administrating the Application. Aggregated summaries in the form of statistics do not contain any characteristics identifying people using the Application.
Messages
Mobile Madness reserves the right to send messages to people whose personal data Mobile Madness has and people who accepted the processing personal data in the forms, according to the Privacy Policy. By the term message Mobile Madness understands information directly relating to its Application, services and products (e.g. changes).
IV. Users competences with regard to personal data
Mobile Madness shall ensure that the rights of all Users under the Act on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997 (Dz. U. 2002, Nr 101, pos. 926 and further amendments) are executed, in particular the right to complete, update, correct personal data, temporarily or permanently suspend the processing of the data or deleting them, if they are incomplete, outdated, incorrect or have been collected unlawfully, or they are superfluous to the purposes they were collected for.
The user has the right to delete their personal data anytime via e-mail contact@mconference.eu
Mobile Madness uses technical and organizational measures which ensure protection of personal data processing relevant to threats and categories of protected data; in particular, it secures data from unauthorized access by or misuse by unauthorized individuals.
V. Changes in Privacy Policy
Mobile Madness reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Every user of the Application belonging to Mobile Madness is obliged to the current „Privacy Policy”. Mobile Madness will be informing about any change in Privacy Policy in the Application.
